IMPORTANT UPDATE:

For the health and safety of the public and our staff, beginning Monday, March 23 at 5pm, the accesso ShoWare Center Box Office at accesso ShoWare Center will be closed to the public until further notice.

Ticket purchases can be made 24/7 online at tickets.accessoshowarecenter.com.

If you have questions regarding tickets purchased for events that have been canceled or postponed, please contact us at tickets@accessoshowarecenter.com or call 253-856-6777 from 10a - 5p Monday through Friday. Representatives will respond as soon as possible – please allow up to 72 hours for email.

Tickets to an event went on sale at 10:00am. I was online at 10:01 and the best available tickets were in the upper level, but 5 hours later I was able to get floor tickets. How does that happen? Can I exchange these for floor tickets?
