Can I buy tickets with cash?
accesso ShoWare Center has transitioned to a cashless transaction arena ensuring contactless options at the box office and for food and beverage. Credit card transactions only. Cash will no longer be accepted.

Venue box office hours are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm.
What is Will Call?
Will Call is a method of how you will be delivered your paper tickets. Our will call window is located at the accesso ShoWare Center Box Office. In some circumstances your only form of ticket delivery will be Will Call. In order to pick up your tickets at will call, you will need photo identification and it will need to match the name on the ticket order along with the credit card used to purchase your tickets.

What age does my child have to be to require a ticket?
Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live, Paw Patrol Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call 253-856-6777.
Can I obtain a refund on my tickets?
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. If an event is cancelled or postponed it is at the discretion of the promoters of when and how a refund is issued. Processing and delivery fees are non refundable if an event is cancelled or postponed.
Can I camp out for an on sale?
For ticket on sales, fans will not be permitted to begin lining up at the accesso ShoWare Center Box Office until 7:00 a.m the morning of the on sale. Camping out is not necessary and is not permitted. Once the Box Office opens at 10:00 a.m., guests in line will be accommodated in the order in which they arrived.
Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Refunds are only issued for cancelled or postponed events. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded. Processing and delivery fees are non-refundable.
