Ticket purchases can be made 24/7 online at
BOX OFFICE HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm

If you have questions regarding tickets purchased for events that have been canceled or postponed, please contact us at or call 253-856-6777 from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Representatives will respond as soon as possible – please allow up to 72 hours for email.

Tickets to an event went on sale at 10:00am. I was online at 10:01 and the best available tickets were in the upper level, but 5 hours later I was able to get floor tickets. How does that happen? Can I exchange these for floor tickets?
