accesso ShoWare Center invites guests with special needs to share in the excitement of our sports and entertainment venue. We recognize the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continue to make every effort to comply with State and Federal accessibility regulations and accommodate guests with disabilities. The arena has been carefully designed to meet the needs of our guests with disabilities. Here are services designed to ensure your enjoyment:

Assisted Listening Devices:
Headsets and receivers for our FM hearing assistance system are available, at no charge, at the Guest Services desk.

Attendant Policy

Government-funded Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) whose attendance is required for ticketed guests with severe accessibility restrictions may receive complimentary admission to accesso ShoWare Center events. Subject to availability, PCAs will be provided a seat or alternate location in proximity to the guest. The PCA must not participate in services or attractions apart from the guest who requires assistance from the PCA.

All requests for PCA admission must be made through the Box Office via email – tickets@accessoShoWareCenter.com or by phone at 253-856-6777 Option 2.

Should the guest or PCA misrepresent the purpose of the tickets, including PCA’s attendance or that the PCA has acted as a guest rather than performing the functions of a PCA while at an accesso ShoWare Center event, the arena reserves the right to eject both the PCA and guest from the event and may lead to revocation of future ticket privileges.

Concession Stands:
All concession stands are accessible at accesso ShoWare Center. If guests with disabilities require assistance at any service area, please notify the nearest staff member.

Easy Access:
Convenient ground-level access to accesso ShoWare Center is available at the south entrance, where patrons can use an elevator to top of seating bowl if necessary.

Elevator:
A public elevator is available at the southwest corner of the arena for those with suite tickets or seating in The Club.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures:
Designated accesso ShoWare Center ushers and other personnel have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These designated staff members will have the primary duty of assisting guests with disabilities to specific locations.

First Aid:
Guests in need of First Aid should inform the closest usher. The First Aid Office is in the northwest corner of the arena, outside Section 112.

Interpreting Services:
Guests who require interpreting services for arena events must contact the facility within two weeks of the scheduled event by calling 253-856-6777 or guestservice@accessoshowarecenter.com.

Parking:
There are 18 accessible parking spaces for our guests with disabilities on the East side of the arena. Parking is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vehicles legally using disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces. If the 18 ADA General Parking spots are taken, drop-offs are allowed on the East side of the venue near the Seattle Thunderbirds Team Store.

For Seattle Thunderbirds games: The Doxon Toyota Reserved Parking Lot located on the West Side has 10 ADA parking spaces and is reserved for Season Club Ticket Holders and Suite Ticket Holders. A Save-a-Spot Reserved Parking pass is required in the Doxon Toyota Lot.

Restrooms:
All public restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.

Service Animals:
Service animals who have been trained to provide a particular service are permitted within the accesso ShoWare Center, please notify us at the time of your ticket purchase. Pets and comfort animals are not allowed inside the arena.

Tickets:
For your convenience, accessible ticket windows are located on the south end of the arena, both inside and out. accesso ShoWare Center recommends that guests with disabilities purchase their tickets in advance to obtain desired seat locations. Wheelchair seats that are not purchased during an advanced sale period (which may vary depending upon the event) may be released for sale to the general public. Box Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM; Closed Saturday / Sunday. Opens at Noon on event days. Please call (253) 856-6999. Group Sales - When purchasing group tickets, please specify your interest in accessible seating.
